When I see him flying on the deck he's usually trying to sucker fighters into attacking his formation of Death Stars. That's legit gameplay as far as I'm concerned, he's beating them with superior gunnery skills. Looking at his stats he kills a lot more fighters than GVs in his buffs.

Nobody should be able to kill a single gv using buff guns, outside of unarmored Jeep. Another example on how ridiculously modeled buffs are.

Unarmed vehicles fall into the GV category. 
If we have something to show we will & do post shots, if we have nothing new to show we don't.

More like another example of the usual exaggeration I'd say. You won't kill tanks in AH with buff guns, only non armored and/or open topped vehicles (and you'd be rather lucky to do so).

Making the buffs explode the instant their bombs hit one of their own buildings wouldn't solve the problem, but it'd sure be funny.
