Pop Ups

  I have never had a problem with pop ups until yesterday here in Aces High BBS. Some of the words in the header have changed to red, some to green and orange. Anthing that I click on in here, now, immediately a 2X2 size pop up shows up. I have my pop up blocker on, so don't understand what is going on. Any suggestions?

Sounds like malware. I think there are some threads on the technical section that list some good programs you can use to get rid of it.

Yes, your computer has been infected with malware/spyware.  It will use various WEB sites to trigger the pop ups.

Here are a couple must haves for anybody:

ComboFix http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/dl/12/
AdwCleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/

Gets rid of a lot of stuff virus scans & adware programs can't
NEVER download Combofix or AdwCleaner from anywhere BUT bleepingcomputer.com

ComboFix may seem slow on some systems like it has quit working but it hasn't .. be patient
