 It's been like this for a couple years where I live,the law was found unconstitutional so they gave women the right to choose.

   The first summer you saw a few women taking advantage of the new freedom but it quickly wore off and you rarely see a topless women out in public.

  As to semp's question,well no but if they wanted to walk around like that who am I to say. No one blinks an eye when a man removes his top but if a women dares to do so it's somehow different.... I dont get it....

mine daughter is 24 and married.  if I ever see her topless, I will kick her butt.  daddy's law doesnt end at 18  .

Its already legal in New York.  Almost nobody takes advantage of it.

In other words, it doesn't matter and acting like it does makes you sound like chicken little.
