Ratio's "Restored" Skins

I am going to start redoing my skins one at a time to sorta update them from my previous try. As I am getting better at skinning, I am starting to realize the huge mistakes I was making earlier in my skinning. Oh well, criticism still welcome I guess.

P47D-11 "Pengie II" flown by Polish ace Cpt.Boleslaw 'Mike' Gladych. March 1944











I did use the correct colors this time: Olive Drab, Insignia White, Insignia Red, and Neutral Gray. The lighting in AH makes the Olive Drab look a little darker than it should be.

EDIT ** I just noticed the red nose is not the same size  :bhead Fixed.

Looking good, though if I could be allowed to make one comment, it's that the weathering seems somewhat blotchy in a couple places (I have that problem on a couple of my F4U skins I intend to fix, too).

Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.
