All I want for Christmas....

...is the ability to fly countryless. Forget the 109T, the 109G10, forget fixing puffy ack, I don't even care for the 12 hour rule. I just would love to fly for no country at all so every single plane in the sky is enemy. 1v1 fights are no longer exciting, even when I run into someone better than me (which happens a lot). I really don't want friendlies coming in to help me. I want them to come into my fight with the intent to kill me as well, but they can't since I'm green.


I feel like my interest in this game is failing. Nothing causes me to log off more than seeing a large blob of green dots flying around and I can't fight them because they're green and I'm stuck on their side for 12 hours. This will sound absurd to a lot of you, but I almost think that if I keep getting stuck with green hordes I might actually quit the game. 

All you people complaining about running into nothing but 8v1's, PLEASE! PLEASE tell me where you're finding these fights! I can not find a single one without a bunch of friendlies coming into the fight.

There'd be green planes on the second account as well, plus I couldn't afford one anyways. 


Just had a fantastic fight against Pepprr and hlbly's Spit16s in my 109F4, 2v1 just like I like and then a swarm of friendlies came out of no where, turned it into a 6v2 and shot them both down. I survived but had 0 fun and learned nothing new from the fight other than greenies ruin fights. Being countyless would fix that problem. 

If it wasn't for the fact that I know I'll bump into 2v1 or more fights somewhere like I did against AoM now then I'd probably end my subscription. I wanna fly countryless so bad.

I know it won't and it makes me very sad.  Its now nothing but green dar bars on all front for Knights in the MA and I'm stuck there for 11 hours. No motivation to log on for that anymore.

I used to get the same way. Not the whole "I want to be in a constant 8v1" thing but when friendlies stole my kills it used to get me very mad. The way to change that, well for me atleast was to change the way I thought about the game as a whole. I like to fly in a more realistic manner now, Getting 10 kills and dieing is worse than getting 0 kills and landing. For you it may be very different, you can win any fight with any person for the most part and it gets boring. So try some thing different like special events or get in a historical squad (which is not too common in the MA any more ). No one can tell you how to have fun in the game. Do stuff until you find out what you like to do. Be it screwing around and not caring or flying realistic, you always have to change it up.

Nothing could be easyer to achieve. Just attack an enemy field which is under attack by the third side already. They'll fight eachothers and everyone will be red to you but with the added bonus that youre confusing everyone by mixing in. Its a perfect chance to pick both sides fighting eachothers in a sea of red. Of course if you fly bish then there really may be no place to hide from the swarm of hordelings.

I know exactly how I want to fly. I want to be constantly surrounded by red planes. Unfortunately green planes tend to get in the way. I have so much fun when the friendlies finally give up defending a base and the red horde rolls in. I do have fun doing silly things every now and then too like Storch raids and upping King Tigers at camped spawns, but the most exciting bit of fun I have is when I'm flying out numbered 3-4-or 5 to 1 dodging shots every second, trying to land shots on the reversals, and learning something new to improve my flying.

Currently the only way for me to be constantly surrounded by red planes is to switch sides to whatever country is being beaten up on and hope not too many of the friendlies on that country join the fight. Unfortunately for me the 12 hour rule denies me this fun every single day. If I can fly countryless then everything in the skies will be red and trying to kill me. I'm not saying that I don't like friendlies because they ruin my fights, but that I just don't find even fights very fun anymore. I don't learn anything new from them anymore. Maybe it's just the way I think, but I love testing my limits and then seeing how far I can push them and improve and reach a new level. Then I push that limit and reach another level. I guess maybe in Aces High I've reached the level where I want to see how many planes I can fight and beat at once. The only way to learn how to win a 3v1 is to fight them and learn how too. If I win a fight just because a friendly showed up and helped me out then I would have rather died.



If I can't fly countryless then I pray HTC changes the 12 hour rule so I (and many others who hate it) aren't stuck flying with the horde attacking virtually undefended bases instead of against them. If there are 30 Rooks attacking a Knight base that has maybe 5 defenders I don't want to be the 31st Rook there fighting 10 other friendlies other 1 enemy, I want to be the 6th Knight defender fighting the 10 Rooks fighting over the kill on me.

The only problem with that is on almost all maps that fight is about an hours flight away. I do not wish to fly that long for one fight. I don't like having my climb out time to the fight 5 times longer than actual fight time.  
I'd go play Microsoft Flight Simulator if I just wanted to fly around looking at the scenery.
