P-51B for sure! It's still a functional plane. I remember watching a documentary about a guy who owned a P-51D, he said he would fly it across the country instead of taking a commercial airliner.
I know on P-47s and other radial engined planes with turbochargers that they have removed the turbos due to fire hazards. I'm not sure what they have done with the P-51s superchargers. I wonder if most of them still have them?
I'm not sure what the FAA says about supplemental oxygen, I know mil standards require it above 12,000 feet. But above 10,000 gets you out of the FAA reduced speed zone.
