ENEMY CONTROLS OUR CV?

So while attacking a port I get shot down by strega. but at the same time strega controls one of our cv? time is 11:55 pacific time Friday the 27th of December 2013.  strega is a KNIGHT and we are bishops. please fix this!!!!! I don't post here to often but I think this is important.

It's because at some point knights owned the home port for the fleet. You guys took the port while we had command of the fleet, so it stayed with us till it was sunk.

no, it was already our cv and port! im guess he took control, then switched sides.

Negative, seano, Strega's not a cheater, besides, you can't switch sides that quickly, remember? 12 hour rule. Knights owned it, only way it could happen.

To  clear things up a bit:

Knights did own CV and Strega was in command. Bish captured CV while in possesion of the port. Here the bug begins, as apparently Strega was now still showing as captain of the TG - but for Bish only. On the Knight side, the TG was gone from the list (as it should be), so it wasn't even possible to 'release' it anymore.

Last known player to command the TF. After he switched it's pretty doubtful he retained command.
The question that should be asked, imo, is if anyone was able to take command from the player
that switched sides (even if he no longer retained command).

I wasn't able to get command of the cv (in the above screenshots), because he outranked me.

rooks complaining on 200 that strega has control of one of their cv. this is not a coincidence! if its not cheating its bug abusing.

why would this be moved to help and training? and strega is doing it to rooks right now as I type?

Just realized it's the same map as the last time it happened.

Note: The two screenshots I posted happen well over a month ago, however, it's the same map that is up now. 

To FLS: I hadn't thought of that at the time.

I wonder if this is a bug/glitch that only happens on this map? Will have to see if it happens on any other maps with water on them....

First of all, in the time that I have played in the MA, at least a year, consistently, Strega has always been a Knight. Quit whining and calling him a cheat, when he's not. It's a bug, nothing else. It's hilarious that the sides who game the game the most are the ones most often crying that someone's cheating, but that's the modus operendi of the ack runners, picker and hoarders.
