After witnessing several accounts of heroism, and having read many reports of herosim in this month of January, I feel it is my duty to award VMF-323's first Medal Of Honor, and 1st inductee of VMF-323 Hall of Fame.

Gentlemen, although this medal is only of virtual origin, its meaning is deeper than that. Here we have a man who continuously fights hard for his country, the Knights, and has on many occasions sacrificed himself and his time to help make this sim more enjoyable to others. His teamwork and determination goes unmatched by any other in the simulation we call Aces High.

Blitz, you certainly are an asset to the squad and the community, please accept this Medal of Honor as a virtual way of saying 'Thanks' from VMF-323, MAG-33, Knightland, and Aces High.

<S> Blitz, you are truly one of the best!

When our "medals page is finished, Blitz's famed Medal of Honor will reside in location.

Every Medal of Honor I've seen in real life had an amazing citation letter to go along with it. "For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity..." or something along those lines. It recognizes a singular act of outstanding heroism clearly distinguished from lesser forms of bravery. The Medal of Honor is not an award for being a good guy, or being the best. That's what "certificates of appreciation" are for.

What did Blitz do? Nothing against the guy now... I just wanna read the citation.

And the citation would read:
