Need a computer programmer/website for a little project

I need someone who could build a super simple website that stored data in an Excel spread sheet. I have a very small budget.

Website and Excel spreadsheet are not exactly intercompatible :D Your goal would probably be more achievable using some other database and PHP for example. Why Excel? You need spreadsheet like interface?

Just use Google and imbed goggles docs and you are done... simple and free.!
