Backstory - Setup was a complete Logitech G940 package plus an old MS Sidewinder for extra buttons. No power issues until the G940 throttle went out and I replaced it with a used Warthog throttle I found on eBay. Ever since I started using that throttle, the G940 joystick does this power on/off thing seemingly under it's own will. I recently broke (doh) my original G940 JS, so a squaddie sent me his base so I could combine my parts with his base and get a working joystick again... same issues.

It is of note, that while I was waiting for the other JS base to be shipped, I switched the MS Sidewinder over for flight control, but kept the original G940 JS base hooked up for it's trim wheels. No issues in the limited amount of time I played like that.
I've checked USB power management settings in Device Manager. I've used/not used powered USB hubs. It doesn't seem to follow any preceding event I've noticed. I can sometimes play for hours and no issues, and sometimes I'll hear the Windows USB chime 4 or 5 times within a few minutes.
Any ideas before I light myself on fire?
Edit - I just removed and reinstalled drivers for the Warthog throttle... keeping fingers crossed.
