My favorite tank in the game is the IL2, because I can kill useless GVers with it.

Wirblewind, because it lets all us GV'ers shoot down ignorant flyboys, inept ground-attack pilots who like to fly down the barrels of our guns, and generally piss off anyone dumb enough to think that GV'ing negatively impacts the aerial aspect of the game.


Now if only we could get the Kugelblitz. Twin 30mm Mk 103's and a fully enclosed turret.... That would make those imbeciles howl.

In-game I'd maybe go with either the Hetzer or the Panther. Since I rarely get into a GV my opinion isn't worth much.

In real life I've crewed both the M60A3 and the M1A1 and chose the old war horse over the new fandangled thing with the gas sucking turbine engine. The M60A3 was like driving an old Chevy/Ford/Chrysler (depending on your brand) in that you could run it with no oil, beat the crap out of it yet that bad boy would get you anywhere. The M1A1 is such a prima dona, great gun and fire control system, which is where it counts. We are simply lucky we have always been able to maintain supply lines or these fancy boys would be out of action in 6-10 hours.

In all seriousness though, the Panther is probably my favorite tank in game and out. It may very well be the most attractive looking vehicle every designed by man  .

I like the Panzer F. It packs a good solid punch. The turret turns relatively quick. I like it best for trying to clear a spawn camp. Drawback is there is no zoom level on the mane gun but you learn to adjust quickly.

My favorite tank in the game is T-34/85, because I can Piss people off  with it.   No seriously it's fast has a good gun and can take a hit and the turret spins as fast as a top, only draw back is a slower than most reload time so make your first shot count   I like do do most of my fighting within 1k so you may find me zipping around in the middle of the spawn and not 3k from it, Tiger 2's are also fun to park in spawns   I don't always spawn camp but when I do it's in a panther
