Talk of Texas reminds me of a great line said to me by a German friend when I was visiting Bavaria once on business.

I said that I had never visited Germany before.

He said, "You still haven't.  Bavaria in Germany is like Texas is in the US."

Probably the best thing I have ever acquired is from Fort Worth Texas -  my wife of 22 years.  God Bless this great State

WWhiskey, what is the Texan view of Austin?  Is it viewed as part of Texas for now, but that it had better watch itself lest it become part of California?  :uhoh
