How long are they usually down for when they put a patch out

A basic patch does is pretty quick as it does not contain new models.  Usually a quick reset and it is done.

This is a new release.  It has an updated model and a new model, along with a lot of fixes.  It requires a bit more arena down time.

Does this mean we are getting the new buffs? And does this update include anything extra like a P-61, Japanese Raiden or Italian Re2005 on the side? Or, the flaming drop tank on the Butcher Birds?

Here is a list of the changes.

If you are still having troubles connecting to get the patch or connecting after the patch, then reset your firewall.

Yes, we have been up for hours now.  Follow the instructions, for your firewall, to remove the game from the firewall and then add it back in.

NOTE:  If you are running Norton, or McAfee you might actually have to remove the software (Norton or McAfee) to clear the problem.

Ok i tried that...removed aces high and then reenabled...keeps telling me its unable to connect to host, try to use ALt route, it cant connect, then its says it cant connect to game manager....thanks for update......

Also ive restarted my computer, reinstalled aces high....still unable to connect....what gives???

Was that after the update?  If so, it is a firewall somewhere on your computer or in your router which is blocking the game from getting to the servers.

We have no control over this.

What firewall are you running?  What anti-virus are you running?

All my anti virus is shut off, and just windows firewall....do u think if i reset my router it would fix this??? yes before update i was able to log on no problem...now i cant at all
