Thanks to Lyric1 who found me a photo, profile and history for this aircraft, a 32 GIAP La-5FN.
32 GIAP were the first regiment to receive the La-5FN. In March and April 1943 their 1st squadron was equipped with this aircraft and their other two squadrons with the La-5F, the main difference being the 5FN had fuel injection. After a short period of training the regiment was sent back to the Bryansk Front in May. This aircraft was likely one of the initial production batch, as shortly after its introduction, the La-5FN colour scheme was changed to the two-tone grey scheme used on most VVS fighters for the second half of the war.
