Have you tried running a tracert to verify the problems are with HTC's servers and not just your connection?

Fun fact of the day...

Until recently, windows firewall SUDDENLY has a problem with Aces High 2 connection... If you fully allow AH2, the discos will let up a bit... Otherwise you'll get more random discos.

If you didn't run a tracert, how were you able to determine that the issue isn't on your end?

I started getting disco's about once a week since I got a Windows 7 machine a couple of years ago. Never had a problem with XP.

In most cases guys it's your ISP and connection and not your computer, or operating system.

Ask Skuzzy for help, he has the advice/steps you need to take.
They're casting their bait over there, see?

I believe there are several threads in the Technical Support section on disco related troubleshooting that may help you sort this out.

Cashew, follow Ack-Acks suggestion...

Google "Pingplotter"  It's freeware and very easy to use. Once installed, get the MA IP here http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,68316.0.html The next time you disco, copy the MA IP into Pingplotter. It will display the hops and possible problems between your computer and HTC.

I had a few disco's this morning.  Come to find out it was a local issue, my ISP was having issues with gremlins.

No matter what, keep calm and carry on.   :aok

So you have repaired all of the infrastructure damaged by extraordinarily bad weather during the last couple of months between your house and the servers HTC is using? No wonder my connections didn't fail today.
