The only two 190's I'll touch are the A-5 and the Ta-152.
The A-5 is the best knife-fighter of the bunch, but can still play the BnZ game, which covers for its only real weakness of a relatively low top speed (shared by A-8). Basically, it just gives you a better chance to fight your way out of a mistake.
Flown properly, its going to be a lot like a well-flown Typhoon. Sets up high on his perch, dives in and blows your tail off, extends a bit, an climbs back up.
Now the Ta-152 works high or low, though its optimized for extremely high altitudes (as in 30K+). With WEP, its actually a decent performer in terms of speed and climb, though its not the top of the class by any means. The Ta-152 holds E extremely well, retaining speed from a dive, and even through turns (relative to the other 190's) is what this plane does well.
