Thanks guys. It needs to sit for a few days, so I can ponder the touch ups.

Cheers.

Its nice to see another RAF skin and it is looking good but I have a few suggestions:

I'd reduce the specularity as it looks too shiny. Maybe add some shadows behind the rear edge of the cowlings to make them stand out more. The panel lines could do with being a bit more visible.

Desert aircraft often had a lot of paint wear on the leading edge of the wings, particularly behind the props where the paint was sand blasted off. I haven't seen photos of this aircraft so I don't know if it was the case with this one, but it is something to consider.

Decreased the specularity, increased the panel lines, increased the chipping around the engines and leading edges, and panel lines, made the cowls more visible.

Wow.  It looked great before.  Now, it looks even better.  Thanks for making an RAF skin!   :aok

That looks a lot better to me, although personally I'd drop the specularity a bit more. In the photos Lyric1 linked there are less reflection highlights visible than you can see on the skin. Desert-worn paint tended to become more matt with the effects of sand blasting.
