Voss wannabee sighting
« on: February 12, 2014, 11:02:16 AM »
LOL after all these years finally saw it in Nitland today, he's talking about developing his own game and getting peoples email addies. Funny thing was everyone turned on me when I brought up the possibility it may not be what it seems.

There is any range of things it MIGHT be but, yes, I'd tend to agree that the "purported" is probably one of the lowest probabilities, especially given that, if he wanted users, he could just give out links in any number of places.

Still,  there are at least a few born every minute so I imagine Johnny Mark might be sending his SSN and Checking account numbers in and wondering where his Ghanaian box of consigned cash and jewels might be.

I think it might've been AC Clarke (or Heinlein???) who said that you should never attribute to malice that which can be explained by simple incompetence. He was a trusting soul.
Some say revenge is a dish best served cold. I say it's usually best served hot, chunky, and foaming. Eventually, you will all die in my vengeance vomit firestorm.
