Did you run a pingplot? Your connection path may have crapped out.

http://www.pingplotter.com/downloads/pngplt_1.exe

Ping both the web page (http://www.hitechcreations.com/) and the game server (71.252.137.149) The web page only because I think the login is on the same server

This happened to a bunch of us this morning all at the same time.......the infrastructure here in the states has taken a pounding the last week due to winter weather........We were able to get back in in a matter of minutes.

Have you run pingplotter? With the info from that we could tell whether its an internet problem (no much you can do) or a problem on your end ( many things you can try to fit it).

More info is needed, just saying "it don't work" isn't going to help much..... unless you like having the cold sweats and nausea.  :devil

You have packet loss at your router, which should never happen.

Not bad enough to cause a connect issue to the servers though.  I am out of the office today, but will check the logs on our side to see if there is any other reason why this is happening.

I checked the logs and cannot find any attempts to connect from you, Kazan.

This usually means there is something blocking the connection attempt from your end.

Router crapping out?  or Router needs rebooting or might even needs a firmware update?

some might update automatically if you have that toggle setting... if so I suggest people uncheck it.... and only update manually after reading what might be changed or fixed via the firmware update.......

same goes for any updates for computers or web browsers or pc software......

just some thoughts....  if on cable or DSL, reboot your cable or dsl modem wouldn't hurt.....

Good Luck
