Okay, there is a real problem.
You can get your arena started by simply trying it again, after you get the first error. Do not unload the game, as it will get the error on the first try, only when you do not have the terrain installed.
Please note, your arena may actually be running and all you need to do is to enter it on the second try. So look before you try starting the arena again.
