Not that I know of.  I don't recall there being icy runways on any maps, but I don't know all maps.

AH has never had "ice".  A runway operates the same on any terrain, past & present, no matter if you add an icy looking texture to it or not.  Maybe you just didn't know where the breaks were back then.

there was one, but when people landed they slid off the end of the runway and crashed, this was followed by a FAA investigation, senate committee hearings, law suits, lawyers, crying women, etc etc, so it was canned!!

Cashew the only time you will see ice on the runways is in the SEA.
FSO maps regularly have ice on the runways.
