12 hour rule should be 24 hours or a month/camp.

you wanna go the other way? cool.. lets disband all squads, reassign everyone randomly to a new country and lock them in for a year. maybe for the life of the account.  :aok

but in my hypothetical, maybe you'd be reassigned as a bish, and not be able to switch back for a year or more.
