Time of Aces - Operation Cartwheel - SIDES and CICs
« on: February 28, 2014, 07:39:22 PM »

ALLIED -

FRAME 1 - III/JG11
FRAME 2 - Anti-Horde
FRAME 3 - 56th Fighter Group

AXIS -

FRAME 1 - JG2
FRAME 2 - FREEBIRDS
FRAME 3 - ! 68th Lightning Lancers !

CICs Please Acknowledge.

Also, I know a lot of people requested Allies, that usually happens in Pacific setups. I tried to honor requests and dedicated rides as much as I could, but seeing that we had a similar Pacific setup back in January, a lot of people who flew Axis in that setup were given priority for Allies if they so requested it.

Thanks, Objectives for Frame 1 will be posted soon.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Wanted to spread the Big squads around, and... you guys look good in Blue.

I've always liked the Eismeer 190 schemes. Love that Blue too.

Well, the Nightmares wanted Allied, and we especially wanted Blue bent-wing birds...but much to our chagrin we find ourselves Axis...again.

I try very hard to balance our side assignments, but having just come off a tour as Axis CiC I'm quite disappointed this time around.

Have you been in bombers 6 of the last 9 frames? That's a bit disappointing.

Sorry, but as I mentioned above. With the close proximity to the last Pacific setup in January, the selection of Allied squads went to squads who flew Axis in January unless they specifically requested Axis. I'm sure we're going to see some more Corsairs this year. <S>

Very nice! I was flying 190's a lot until I had to go back to school, but spring break starts this Friday so I'll be in for the next 2 frames.

P.S. Ditto I don't know if we will ever fight each other again...we've been on the same side in FSO since December!  :bhead
