Clouds !!!

I know, i know, it's an "old" subject, but come on : we are in 2014, 90% of players -at least- now have a machine capable
of handling some nice clouds in Aces High II !(i'm not talking about GB in december, but a june light cloudy day!).

Clouds MUST come back : they are part of a dogfight, part of aerial action : its pure necessity to have em back !

Plz ! 

As we can see in this video, posted in another thread, they change the whole picture, add damn realism, are fun and...are really a must have !

I'd guess clouds could be making a comeback with the next version of AH. The use of Shader 3.0 in that version should allow a lot of the graphics processing to be shifted from the CPU to currently unused features of the graphics card, so boosting framerates.

I remember flying out of the low hanging clouds on one of the TT maps in my K4 and finding that I had slipped into formation with between six and eight red P-51's. That "Oh F*$#" moment is one of my favorite Aces High memories, especially because right after they all dove out for their ack. I agree that the clouds may be used by some to avoid combat but I think the positives outweigh the negatives on this one.

Even AH1 had clouds that worked good enough.  I'd be satisfied if they brought those back.  I love the new clouds they tried out and hope they bring them back.
