Pure Neatness

Last night I outed a Panzer on an ET, GV mission.  An A20 spotted me.  I dogged the first bomb.  On his second run, as I was looking up at the A20 knowing this was not going to turn out well.   As he dove, I actually saw the bomb coming in.   First as a small dot then growing into a full bomb image.  I got killed but thought seeing the bomb falling was so cool.

I am sure others have seen like stuff.  I was wondering what others have seen like this.  Maybe plane parts.  Maybe like a falling drop tank hitting a GV or other plane.  Neat things that are rare to see.

    I was attacking 3 formations of bombers the other day. Coming up from below I was underneath them when they dumped their load.  :eek: Mesmerized by the falling ordinance above me I broke of as the bombs streamed about me.
   I do believe I've been a victim of a direct hit before and didn't want to repeat it.  :D :uhoh

I was just under a bomber set once in my mossie... scared the daylights out of me when I heard whistling and realised I was in the midst of his dropping bombs.

i've seen the bomb that killed me on the runway--seen my rockets fly without smoke streem.also have seen bombs fall past my cockpit

The thing that scared the poo outta me once was when I was younger around 11-12(2005-2006), and I'm in my P 51 flying around this airfield we are hoarding and I see this flak round coming in from 11 o clock. I think no big deal, but it grows a bit bigger and i hear bang, I see blood and then I see the tower.

I was flying a spit this morning and had the slipper tank on, was engaging with a p38 so I dropped the tank, as I looked behind me I see the tank falling toward the ground and the blew up.  I thought it was pretty cool to see :aok

I have seen flak rounds fly feet from my cockpit lol always cool to see that.

I like that kind of stuff. Its always cool to see them arching up towards you, knowing it will hurt you, but still thinking they look cool!

Ive been hung up on the bow of the cv after a ditch, pushed me around quite awhile.
