Piffle! It's haughty and detracts to reflexively say "SEARCH THE BOARDS!"
Goodness, if that were assiduously adhered to there'd be no future posts, for over the past decade plus every assertion, wish, and whine has somewhere existed prior.
I have a lot of down time in my job so I get to check the boards often. In the OP's case many of his post have already been discussed some at length. A quick check could have added a lot of reading for him to go through and may have answered his question or gave him many reasons why he really didn't have to post/start a new thread.
As to no need to post because it has been posted before..... In the many years I have been on these boards I has seen many new and interesting thoughts, as well as new and NOT very interesting thoughts posted all the time. Search only takes a minute or two and can help not to clutter up the boards with multiple threads on the same subjects.
