I'd be interested to hear about the 110 vs Mossie duels, I always have trouble with the 110, though others don't seem to.
First fight iKo went high vert at merge. If memory serves I performed a moderate climbing turn towards him. He was able to come around a bit faster with gravity and some nice throttle action and got my right engine with a crossing snapshot on the second merge. That was pretty much it for me, as I was forced to trade alt for E to avoid him for a few more turns.
Second fight merge was similar, but I performed a slight descending turn after the merge to build a bit more E before throttling back very slightly at the bottom of the turn. iKo was coming off the top and I had a very brief offnose snapshot at his cockput and down his centerline as he was coming down.
iKo's always a fun fight and a skilled opponent.

Sadly we never got to fight afterwards as some dude ("Longdong".... or something like that) kept mouthing off on the ALL channel. So we took turns kicking his LA / Spit16 flying butt.

110G can be an interesting opponent. It's outclassed by the majority of late-war planes and even several mid-war planes. That being said, it turns better than many give it credit for and, while not particularly fast, can get decent speed in a dive without compressing if managed correctly. It also has absolutely nasty firepower. Everyone knows the P38's centerline firepower is nasty. Think of the same idea, but instead of four .50s and a single 20mm the 110G has a standard loadout of two 20mm and two 30mm with plentiful ammo. It can also add two more 20mm if one ops for the heavy package. This adds up to absolutely devastating snapshots if the 110G has the opportunity to get one off.
Best bet to beat the 110G:
1.)
Stay vertical and force it to spend altitude for E to maintain the fight: 110G can't maintain sustained climbing combat maneuvers for long so go or stay high and keep forcing him down. The 110 can turn but it bleeds E like a hemophiliac while doing so. 110 also doesn't accelerate all that well without diving. By staying vertical you will eventually force the pilot to concede alt to maintain E, slowly forcing him down to the deck. Once there the 110G has very limited options...it can't run, it can't regain E quickly and it can't turn forever.
2.)
Avoid giving a 110G ANY shot opportunities, no matter how brief - While this is standard advice when fighting most planes its critical when fighting the 110G. Snapshots from a 110G won't hurt you....they will
END you. Even rugged fighters like the P47, Hellcat or Ki84 can't shrug off hits from two tater tossers and two (or potentially four) 20mm. If you do manage to survive you likely won't be in any shape to extend away, let alone fight.
Hope that helps....
