The following changes have been made to the setup and scoring for frame 3.
- The Japanese will now have the Ki-61-Tei-I at 31 Maximum. (Equal to the remaining number of Allied P-38G and F4U-1). The Ki-61 will be enabled at all available Japanese LAND bases.
- The G4M1 will be reduced in points from 11 to 6.
I apologize for the late changes but they were warranted, 68th Lightning Lancers please see the updates and make any adjustments to the sent orders as you feel necessary. The event will be updated on the website after Frame 3 for future reference.
Thanks. Good luck all in Frame 3.

The reasoning behind the missing Ki-61 had historical reasons.
The Ki-61 did not operate in this area of the South Pacific. From what I understand, it became operational in summer of 1943, flying from Wewak, New Guinea. It never saw action in the Solomons at this period of time. It appears that most of it's fighting was done with the JAAF in New Guinea and later New Britain later in 1943 when the Allies grip tightened on Rabaul.
I originally had the Ki-61 in the planeset in private pre-frame discussion with a max limit of 72 per 3 frames (equal to the Allied Max fighters), but upon reading of it's exploits, or lack there of, in the the South and Southwest Pacific, I decided to remove it for historical sake. For playability sake, it should have been left in.
Sometimes you make the right moves, sometimes you don't. Good luck all.
