Arkansas, California, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota and Texas.  they all have laws requiring it to be reported.  while they dont require to look for it, if they find it, they are required.

It's not all bad though, back when I was still in the IT field I found quite a few nudes of the more attractive women that brought their computers in. On the same hand, there is the flip side to that. <See the cat picture above>
