Custom Arena Creation/Entering - problem occured while retriving ahiiterr/3.res

While I'm trying to create a custom arena I get a message:

AH Window Title: Terrain Download Error

Message: Problem occured while retreiving ahiiterr/3.res


- It happens with a terrain I created (isrv1) and some other terrains like "italy.res"
- I don't have problems downloading terrains in general
- Tried to run AH2 as admin and tried to disable Antivirus - same result

I got as similar message yesterday trying to grab the Pearl map. I think mine referred to ahiiterr/2.
