Probably a continued development of the cancelled A-12 Avenger II program or an off-shoot.



Glad to see it's not a dead platform. I for one think the Navy and Marines need to buy it so we have something else on carrier decks besides boring Hornets.

My first thought was the Navy's new drone, though they say it is not. The easy answer, if it is not the B-2 (obvious) or the XB-47 Drone, then it is a 'black budget' program like the Wobblin Goblin of the 1980's.
