My field mod would be simple: Remove Mk 108 cannon from my 109K4. Install an MG 151/20.

Or HTC could just put the 109G10 back into the game for me.  :aok

Why would you want to put in a crappy cannon like the Oldsmobile?

F4U-4 with 2x 20 mm Hispanos instead of 6 mg's, remove wing-folding and arrestor hook, add leading-edge slats.

What about the engine of an F4U-4 in an La-7?  Is that allowed?  It's only a few inches larger in diameter than the La-7 engine, but not a simple mod -- would require cowling mods, potentially lengthening of fuselage, and potentially larger rudder/vertical stab.

If that is allowed, then:  La-7 with R-2800-18W, four-blade prop to match, and better flaps than it currently has, with one notch of flaps deployable at higher speeds.

Bf 109K-4 with the wings and tail of a FW 190D-9 (scaled for appropriate wing area for the 109K-4).  Retain leading-edge slats.  Add flaps that can deploy at higher speeds.  Replace 30 mm nose cannon with two wing-mounted 20 mm with lots of ammo.

We got lucky, the 213C would have been mountable in the K4 and Ta152.

These would work much better.

The Mauser MG 213 was a 20 mm aircraft-mounted revolver cannon developed for the Luftwaffe during World War II. It was never put into service, but the principles formed the basis for several post-war developments by the Allies. A 30 mm version was developed as the MG 213C or MK 213 and it was this that led to the British ADEN, French DEFA and American M39 cannon.

20-mm-MG213C:
##Caliber: 20 × 146 mm
##Weight: 75 kg; Assembled weight 96 kg
##Lenght: 1930 mm
##Barrel lenght: 1600 mm
##Rate of fire: 1200–1400 rounds/min (~21 rounds/s)
##Muzzle velocity: 1050 m/s

30-mm-MK213C:
##Caliber: 30 × 146 mm
##Weight: 75 kg; Assembled weight 96 kg
##Lenght: 1630 mm
##Barrel lenght: 1300 mm
##Rate of fire: 1000–1200 rounds/min (~19 rounds/s)
##Muzzle velocity: 530 m/s

Can we do vehicles as well? If so :
M4 with the Centurion VII's armor, the T28's gun, and a 20mm anti-air gun( instead of the .50)
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
