Perk Planes

Will we have unlimited access to the perk planes in the TA or do we have to wait till our Points are High enough?

While I can't say for sure, I would bet you would have some kind of access to perks in the TA.  I'm not sure it will be completely unlimited, but it may be limited to certain fields for example.

Odds are you'll be able to fly anything offline and in the TA.

I would hope that the perk planes would be available outside of the main arena.  I would really hate to try and take off in a perk plane in the main arena, fly it around, and then land without some sort of practice.  I don't have a lot of points built up and I would not be happy crashing a plane because I landed too fast because I didn't know how to land it.
