'Morning Court' had many names depending on court...Bensonville, Elk Grove Village(which at that time MADE more money on traffic tickets than City of Chicago)...
The Judge, Earl Strayhorn called my boss, and my boss asked me to join him at the Judges Chambers in Cook County Court House...I used to know address..and do not care to remember the address now..and assigned my boss a pro-bono case...
What?? He couldn't Do That...it was A Firm request...
It was 'part-time' job...which I rather liked..certainly diffrent than fixing bicycles I'd done previously...
There would be prostitutes, pimps, asaults....you name it.. I would sit nearby his clients and 'walk-them'thru'...Bensonville was worste..their morning judge would find anyone guilty unless they opted for trial... My memory may be faded, but ..
