I saw the map, I think on Facebook?, it looked okay... but I wouldn't know the first thing about attempting to do it... do you just fly the route by memory or is it somehow marked in-game?

    The course is laid out for you in the arena message I think so as you practice and you are unsure refer to that or follow some that know.  :aok

Both.  It is one of the easiest courses I have flown on.
