Yes, but two of those scores came from penalties on the Ducks.  That is what it will take to beat the Ducks.  A couple of extra skaters on the ice. :)

Ducks are going to be tough, for sure.  Sure would like to see a Cinderella win for the Stars though.
Not sure we are going to pull this one off. If we get Dillon back, and Cole and Seguin heat up, we have a shot no doubt.

Datsyuk is awesome no doubt... As soon as he's gone my hate for the wings will be complete again...  :devil  Not their year though..

I'm just hoping Chicago and St Louis wear each other out..  Go Avs!

Was a sweet end series last year w/ Chicago though..

I did not expect a Wings victory yesterday. Boston better wake up.

Wow, another thriller in St. Louis. Great come from behind win once again, but a really dirty hit on Backes by Seabrook. Hopefully the NHL suspends him, unlike the weak fine thrown Lucic's way for his behind the play cup check on Dekeyser.

Poor Backes was up and ready to fight, he just didn't know what planet he was on. Ugly and stupid hit by Seabrook.

Looks like Chicago is in trouble. Crawford hasn't looked good at all so far; he's let in a bunch of soft goals. Also, Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews could be playing at less than 100%. And now they might lose Seabrook for a few games.

Anyone watching the Colorado-Minnesota series? Nathan McKinnon (18 years old) has 7 points so far in 2 games. Looks like it could be a short series, especially with Minnesota having Bryzgalov in net.

I don't think Pittsburgh should be pushing the panic button yet. Their defensive zone coverage so far has been pretty terrible, especially on the OT winner in Game 2. The goal-scorer for Columbus had two shots from point blank range right in front of the crease. Fleury got the initial shot but couldn't stop the rebound. Their special teams have been absolutely awful as well; they've allowed 3 power play goals and 2 short-handed goals. The only thing keeping them afloat is their power play (They have 3 PPGs so far in the series). Defensive zone coverage is something that can be fixed though.

The head was clearly the principal point of contact and the intended target. That's not good, and he should expect a suspension.

Putting it to Tampa, so far.

Especially with help from the refs. They aren't even attempting to hide their favoritism. Last nights game was complete and total BS. Even Ray Charles could see that.

Orpik with .7seconds in the 2nd changed everything. Guy doesn't score often, but when he does it couldn't be anymore opportune. Actually felt sorry for Bobrovsky toward the end, his team is still trying to lay hits when they ought to have been getting puck out of their zone and focusing on control.

This one aint over, Fluery is still minding the net.
