In the new patch is it possible that can u make the f4u wings fold? It will make my plane looks so much kooler than other players. Like put a key command to fold the wings. That would be awesome. :salute

I can imagine the look of horror in their faces as they see a legion of folded wing corsairs rolling across the fields towards an enemy base  :t

That would be an epicly stupid mission of stupidity to fly to an enemy base in F4U's, deack the place, and then everyone land in front of the tower and start folding and un-folding the wings to taunt everyone sitting in the tower!  :D

He could compromise and make a startup animation with F4u's doing synchronized taxiing in a circle in the middle of a Large airfield to "dance of the sugarplum fairies" while folding and unfolding their wings.

Then a C47 pops up in a tight circle over them dropping troops who float down inside of the synchronized F4u's. The F4u's are in a circle pointing inward with all the troops gathered in the center. Wings up, wings down, engines rev up, rev down. Suddenly everything stops. All the F4u's fire their guns at the same moment, and the troops race away in 360 degree individual directions with the c47 pulling a tight low circle wingtip down just over the cockpits of the ring of F4u's.

And then whatever the new ride being introduced for that release suddenly appears in the middle of the circle before the screen closes opening the game. Kinda liked the films from the AW days.

Well if the Corsair drivers get this option then HTC better make it fair!

Fighter pilots win glory .... Bomber pilots win wars.

+1  we need more of these cool little touches to make the game stand out from the competition.

seaplanes landing on water
sliding cockpit hoods on start up and or bail out.    If they get jammed your pilot squeals all the way in.
pilot sound effects on making a kill.     got you Gerry etc!
tweeting birds in the swaying trees when the field goes quiet.

I once landed a 17 in front of an enemy tower after strafing down field guns....

I got dumb and didn't check the VH time and took a shell to the face  :cry
