Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Life could be worse. 

Your toilet could be plugged.  Your leg could fall off.  You could lose your hearing.  Your place of residence could go up in smoke. Someone could announce his intentions for a third term. ICE officials could knock on your door and detain you then tell you you're "going back home to Bolivia". You could have the mange. Your previous meal could have been loaded with salmonella.  Etc etc.

So whatever your troubles be thankful you have what you have and do the best you can do with the punches life throws your way. Head up and trudge onward. The sun will rise tomorrow. 

I'm sure you'll walk out of this just fine.  Best of luck.   :salute
