When you send a PM to somebody is there a sent folder you can go too to make sure it was sent?

Check the box "Save a copy in my outbox". That indicates you have at least tried to send it. If a message is in your outpost but not in the inbox of the receiver, there's either a typo in the receiver's name or something wrong with the system. In the latter case you can always contact Skuzzy with the evidence you have in your outbox.

...and if you're talking about PM's in the game by using the .p [playerID] message command, no there isn't. You'll see an error if the player name isn't in the arena or you typo'd the name, otherwise they should get it.
