It was a difficult decision as the Spit 5 and Spit 9 are outclassed by the Bf 109F4 and G2. Not every challenge can be completely even in plane sets. Some aircraft may have an advantage in one category while other aircraft may hold the advantage in another.

In the end it's up to the individual pilots to use and exploit the strength and weaknessess in each aircraft. Some pilots have the ability to do it better than others and in the Combat Challenge and that's what it's all about.

That's good.

The Spit firepower is gonna tear us up.  Allied strategy so far each frame has been to fly direct to Axis fields and set up a Vultch.

Should be one hell of a fight.  Gonna show just what the 109F-4 is capable of.
