This is a real thing.. There's been protesters camped outside the FCC for a day or two. They've actually already allowed the fast lane to happen, we're just hoping we can get them to repeal it. Basically if it stands as is, isp's will charge websites like netflix, google, and any other site you use for the privelege of using the fast lane for regular speed in accessing content. Those businesses/sites that can't or won't pay will be slowed down, which effects the consumers.
If you like the internet, pls email the FCC and tell them you're pissed about it. This would kill the internet as we know it.
