Cleaned out the garage
« on: May 17, 2014, 08:38:20 PM »
Got rid of this.............

and replaced it with this..........

Never knew spring cleaning could be so expensive.  Not only that, I have less room in there afterwards.
Sucks..................eh maybe not so much.

I was hoping you would have replaced it with something with 4 wheels!  :rock

Nice bike.  The white walls are a nice touch.  Mustang seat?   :aok

Did you try a Vistory?  How about Indian?  Triumph?  No?  tsk tsk tsk.  Too bad for you.  You're missing out.   :aok

I tried all four of the eligible bikes (non-Jap), and with me being a long time Triumph fan it was hard to turn down the Thunderbird, especially after the test ride.  The Victory was nice, and so was the Fat Boy and Street Bob I tested.  Honestly, the new Indian wasn't available yet but I did test ride one a few weeks ago.  Wow.  I still prefer the TBird, but I'm certainly glad to see Indian is back and for good.  In Sioux Falls the HD dealer is starting to sweat, word is the Victory/Indian dealership sold more bikes in April than they did.

Sweet bike!  I'm jealous...  Been trying to talk the ol' battle ax into letting me have one again.  The tattoos and the jacket look kinda funny when I'm walking to work instead of riding.   :uhoh
