
During the "heyday" of the big radials, anything from a Wright R-1830, all the way up to the massive R-4360, which powered the B-36, KC-97, B-50, from time to time, you would get a indication on the engine instruments of one of the engines, (maybe the only engine you had), of a low oil temp., but high cylinder head temp. What generally caused this difference in Temp. (Answer is in one of the posts I made recently)!
