I've got it, and frankly the hype kind of surpassed the actual game but it's still a fun game. It's basically GTA V with the ability to hack into almost everything. If you like open world games like GTA V, then you'll probably like Watch Dogs.
One pisser is though is the you can only climb up ladders, can't climb down them and the driving is a little on the sloppy side, don't use emergency brakes or you'll slide out of control.
