Anyone having problems with Palemoon lately?
« on: June 04, 2014, 09:02:15 PM »
Tonight Palemoon has stopped responding on me at least 3 separate times. Is it just my machine or are others experiencing the same thing? I may have to go to Chrome if it keep acting up.

Not having any issues, use palemoon exclusively here.

I tried palemoon briefly but it just didn't work with some of the sites I visited.

Also I think its a horrible idea to surf the net using windows.

it freezes for me a lot.  even with a fresh install it keeps doing it.  it is perhaps one of my add-ons that isnt fully compatible.  will try reinstalling all add ons see what happens.

I have periods of freeze to, and then days without. Its all flash related. That or a page open that conflicts with flash. Its still better then FireFox which had just become a dog for me.

I don't know if palemoon supports it but you should install adblock and noscript, that will stop most sites from loading any stupidities and your browsing is fast.

I know, both are supported and neither has caused any problems here.

I think you are correct. It seems the sites I have been having issues with have flash players. Palemoon just updated yesterday so hopefully that will take care of the issue.

Do yourself a favor and install adblock at least. You'll wonder how you ever could surf without it.

It's not coincidental that "flash" and "crash" rhyme...   :old:
