    I hate dodges of all types. But to be fair....

                    #1  the driver of the Viper is obviously inexperienced
                    #2  the Viper is NOT made for drag racing. It's built for top speed.
                    #3  the Truck is geared lower, and has a Diesel engine which produces a lot more low end torque. which is delivered to 8 tires
                    #4  It was only an 1/8 mile run.   given the full 1/4 mile run the Viper would have blew right by the truck before the finish.


                          ANY vehicle can beat any other, IF the parameters are shifted to their favor.

no it doesn't not. It's just a ton of fuel wasted. I see trucks that make 300hp Rollin more smoke than trucks with 1000+ hp. It's all about proper tuning.
