It is impossible for me to download patches or updates from your website download page
http://www.hitechcreations.com/. Example:
The URL for the download of the latest version is ftp://208.221.133.59/AH1056.EXE
When I click on it I get "[Network Error: Connection reset by peer]" message.
I have no problem downloading other files where address is specified symbolicly as
www.hitechcreations.com I did some investigation and here are the results:
1) tracert 208.221.133.59 is successfull but it indicates that the target site is amasuperbike.com !!!
2) Entering
http://208.221.133.59/ into the browser opens the same web page as
http://amasuperbike.com Obviously, ftp://208.221.133.59 tries to access ftp server on amasuperbike.com site rather then the one on your site
www.hitechcreations.com and fails.
One of you - HTC or AMASuperbike - is using the IP address 208.221.133.59 by mistake.
I posted a note "Download problems" in the Technical Support Forum on January 8th but there was no responce.
My company's ISP is
www.appliedtheory.com (New York City)
I will be glad to supply you with more information if required.
Anyone have any ideas?
