B-25H Formations

Why not..
and Why is the B-26 also not able to select attack? It has forward firing fixed guns.

I'm too busy drooling over the thought of having three forward-firing 75mm in a formation to explain why having three forward-firing 75mm in a formation is a very BAD idea.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

B-25H was also able to carry rockets.

B-25H does not have a bomb sight.  That is the consistent thing between which bombers have formations and which do not, barring the CV enabled B5N and TBM.

Yes, just about as ironic as AI field guns and CV flack.
