Purchased new in December 2013.  This was used until mid-June, when I went to a 780Ti Reference Card.   With this card,  I ran AH on three monitors and max settings (including textures/shadows) on my i7 system.   This card was never overclocked and has been cleaned as best as possible, with minimal dust on the fan tips.    All accessories and packaging are present and in perfect shape.

If interested please feel free to PM me with a fair offer, if you are in the market for a good card at a moderate discount.

Regretted not getting the reference cooler card that I have now, when I built the system.   I also run three monitors and wanted the increase in FPS.
