I know some folks had brought up Navy Field in the past.  I was kind of hoping they knew about Navy Field 2 and had some time into it.  It looks interesting to me as well, but I'm not finding enough video's about it that are in English.  I want to have a take on it before I decide to invest time into it. :aok

It is to my understanding that Submarines will be implemented into Navy Field 2 at a later date.  World of Warships has already clearly stated: NO SUBMARINES.  Of course considering the target, if they were to add submarines, too many 15 yr olds would rage cry/quit.  Why?  Because I would be eating their ships with my sub. :devil  So I am going to file WoW (heh) under: When Bored to all spit...and hell has frozen over so bad that it would be warmer in the vacuum of interstellar space.




After watching the tidbits of World of Warships along with the scant few video's of Navy Field 2, if I were to have to choose, it will be Navy Field 2.  Granted you will have CV's in WoW, and I honestly do not know where Navy Field stands on them, but to state that there is no way to have submarines just shows that they are too afraid, because they will chase away their majority customer base with the implementation of brain usage. :noid  Does make me curious to how War Thunder will go about their Naval Warfare. :headscratch:  Hoping Aces High will have established a very solid Naval Aspect before then though. :aok

I've already seen footage of World or Warships, and I'm not surprised by what I saw, nor impressed.  Visually, they did pretty good, but game play?   Just watching how things were going, it honestly felt like I was watching World of Tanks...in the water.

After sitting and waiting, then checking out a few more video's about Navy Field 2, I can honestly say that World of Warships is the way to go. :aok  Navy Field 2: Pay to WIN!  You thought WoT and WoP were bad?  Ha!  You WISH Navy Field 2 was so realistic and historically accurate... :noid


That being said, I've been keeping an eye on World of Warships as well.  And I can honestly say that I'm very impressed with how they are proceeding so far.  I honestly was expecting something different, but now find myself excited of what's to come.  And what really won me over was just one thing: The Mogami-class Cruiser, running the 15 6" guns.  Oh how I wish we had her here.... :cry

Yep. :lol  Regardless, I just love the look of the Mogami's 6" tri-turrets.  It looks more menacing. :D  Though compared to the Yamato, it's a kitten. :lol
